Shipping & Return Policy

Each piece is made to connect you with your loved ones, and we back that with our return policies. If you’re not completely pleased with your purchase from Facet of Love, contact us within 14 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item(s), it will be inspected and you will receive a confirmation email for returned item(s). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Custom orders are not returnable; they can only be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value.
